I can't see my current policy on the app?

Customers who have purchased more than one policy with us often find that they can’t locate their current policy details when they log in to the app but they can access their previous policy. 
 
There’s a quick fix to this. Simply call our customer service team and they can put your new policy under the one login so you’ll be able to access your policy information, trip information on the app, extend your policy and make claims online in one place.
