What happens when my policy expires?

When your policy expires the information and articles will remain available to you in the app for the previous policy.

What happens if I have another trip coming up?

If you have two trips coming up the app will only relate to the first policy. When you have returned from the first trip you will need to contact our Customer Service Centre and we can replace the information with the new destinations on the second policy.

What happens if I have 2 policies?

You can only view information form one policy at one time.
